1. Correctly washing your face

Therefore, it is important not to keep washing your face as you may be doing more harm than good. The same is also true for your hair.

3. Invest in a good wrinkle cream
The area under the eyes is overly prone wrinkling due to its thin nature. 4. Avoid alcohol based hair sprays
Now, a beauty routine cannot be complete in the absence of a breathtaking hair do. Usually, this will be realized in the form of spraying your hair to make it easy to style. The alcohol based sprays often offer a firm grip on your hair thus ensuring it stays intact for long. 5. Apply sunscreen after makeup
If you are beauty conscious, then you must know of the grave damage the sun can cause to your skin. This is why you have probably invested in the top of the range sunscreen, may be SPF 50 or more. However, you may not be aware of the fact that this sunscreen may not be of any help if you apply it before makeup. It is because research has shown that when other products are applied over the sunscreen, they reduce the SPF significantly. This is why sunscreen should be the last touch of your makeup.

6. Exercise and drink lots of water
Now, you may be following the best beauty routine of all times, but if your insides are not beautiful, then it will be of no use. This is why you should keep drinking water to flush out all the toxins. Did you know that a high intake of water gives you a glowing skin? It is also important to exercise regularly because it is an exercise that will increase blood flow to your scalp and skin and consequently gives you a radiant skin and healthy hair. Exercise will also relieve you of stress and hence reduce the occurrence of those stress lines.

7. Always moisturize
After washing your skin, it is bound to feel a bit tight due to the resulting dryness. Now, if left this way, the skin will react by producing excess oils and hence foster a breakout or acne.  This is why your routine should and must incorporate a good moisturizer that is specially cut out for your type of skin to avert wrinkling and skin breakouts.

Beauty routines are a must follow if you are to achieve that ideal look.
