Quick and Healthy Summer Breakfast Ideas

In the morning, I always want to start my day off with something relatively healthy, but I also want it to be quick to make. Here are some of the breakfasts that I like to make during the summer, that are quick, healthy and delicious.

Fruit, Yoghurt and Granola Mix

This is the easiest thing to make ever, but it is by far my favourite breakfast. All you need is fruit, yoghurt and granola. I use frozen raspberries because I'm weird and prefer frozen ones. You then just mix that with yoghurt and granola, and it is that easy. The frozen fruit works very well, because the yoghurt freezes around it and it tastes so good.

Banana Pancakes

This breakfast is one to make when you have a little bit more time, but it still doesn't take that long. It is so easy to make. All you need is one banana, one egg, and about a cup of oats. Just mash the banana and mix it with the other ingredients.
After that you need to put some non stick cooking spray or oil in a hot frying pan. Then you put a spoonful of the mix in, and wait for it to cook, flipping it once.
I like to eat these with strawberries, and the pancakes also taste great if you add cinnamon to the mixture.

Frozen Fruit Bowl

This is a smoothie bowl, which is perfect if you want to start your day off with a lot of fruit. You just need to put your favourite fruits in a blender, including lots of frozen fruits. I used a banana, frozen raspberries and mixed frozen berries. You then just blend this up and put it into a bowl. I then topped it with some sliced strawberries and granola.
