Helping Dry Skin in the Winter || Blogmas Day 3

Dry and irritated skin can affect a lot of people during the winter because of the changes in the weather and decrease in the temperature.

As someone who has always struggled this problem, I have a few tips that might help.

The first thing you should do is try to figure out what it causing the probem. Most of the time, it is just due to changes in the weather. But, it can be caused by other things, such as, materials from clothing, products that don't agree with you and sometimes simple things like being dehydrated.

Once you know what is causing the problem, you will begin to learn what you need to change to help it and prevent it in the future.

When you have dry skin, you need to use products that are gentle. Try to avoid perfumed/ scented products as this can irritate it more. Also, avoid scrubbing it because this will make it worse and may even cause it to bleed and then it becomes a much bigger probem. Go for a moisturiser that is hydrating and apply it reguarly. Don't use loads of different products at once either. Just stick to one or two that really work.

I hope you find this helpful!

Let me know if you have any other tips.
